仪器说明 | 本测试系统基于高重频飞秒激光自主研制开发,主要应用于薄膜或者单分子器件光电表征。更多详细测试细节请与管理员联系。 Photocurrent measurement of single-molecule junctions The laser pulses (80 MHz repetition rate, 140 fs pulse width), generated by a titanium-sapphire laser (Coherent Chameleon Ultra II) coupled with an optical parametric oscillator (OPO; Coherent Chameleon Compact OPO), propagate through free space and are focused onto the apex of a nanotip in the STM-BJ setup to induce photocurrent generation. A chopper and an attenuator modulate the optical pulse frequency and intensity, respectively.
